Nathaniel Rayan, a recent graduate of Scotch Plains-Fanwood High in New Jersey and a Clemson University signee, finished fifth for the United States in the men's 110-meter hurdles final in a wind-legal 13.63 seconds at the Pan American U20 Championships at Jose A. Figueroa Freire Stadium in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Rayan clocked a wind-legal 13.74 in the prelims.
